Students Pledge Eco-Friendly Actions Through Earth Promise Activity

“An interactive activity titled “My Little Green Action Tree” was conducted, where students wrote or drew eco-friendly actions—such as saving electricity, reducing waste, or keeping their surroundings clean—on leaf cut-outs and added them to a collective “Earth Promise Tree.”

Students also completed a “My Earth Promise” worksheet, committing to one action they will practice. A short storytelling session, “The Little Earth Helpers,” made the experience more engaging and encouraged students to share ideas and take simple environmental pledges.

The activity was age-appropriate, interactive, and effectively promoted awareness and responsibility towards the environment.”
