The Interdisciplinary Project for Grades VII and VIII was successfully concluded with enthusiastic participation from students, teachers and parents, allowing learners to move beyond textbook learning and explore real-world issues through an interdisciplinary lens. Grade VII explored the theme “Preserve, Protect and Prosper”, focusing on environmental stewardship, cultural respect and sustainable practices, and investigating how responsible choices can help preserve natural resources for future generations. Grade VIII examined “Rebuild, Restore and Regenerate”, exploring how innovation, resilience, and responsible choices can help communities recover and ecosystems regenerate toward a more sustainable future. As an extension, students also took part in the Ideasphere Project, identifying real-life problems and proposing innovative solutions using technology, creative thinking and design. The high level of parent participation added real value throughout, with families supporting students in researching, discussing and presenting their ideas.
